The San Jacinto Basin Resource Conservation District is a local government agency established in 1949 under Division 9 of the California State Resources Code. This Special District of the State is responsible for conserving and preserving natural resources. This includes lands, soils, water, plants, and wildlife within our service area boundaries in western Riverside County. Our organization is also dedicated to developing, coordinating, and implementing natural resource conservation programs that support sustainable ecosystems and provide social benefits throughout the Santa Ana River Watershed.
